Job Description
We are seeking experienced Senior Scrum Masters to join our Software Development team. You will champion the optimization of the LeSS Agile delivery process across multiple cross-functional teams building and modernizing mission-critical Toll and Intelligent Transportation Systems. This is a hybrid position (onsite/remote), and occasional travel will be required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role
  • Demonstrated experience coaching teams at scale and mentoring other Scrum Masters
  • Proven success driving Agile transformation in complex, multi-tier technical environments
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and modern software delivery models
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Deep experience removing systemic impediments in matrixed organizations
