Role OverviewWe are seeking a senior dual-role professional to drive large-scale, enterprise-level data initiatives. Split roughly 60/40 between Scrum Master and Program Management duties, you will oversee delivery, align teams, and report progress directly to executive leadership.
What You Will Do
Deliver enterprise data initiatives from kickoff through deployment, managing timelines, scope, risks, and resource allocation. Provide high-level guidance on Agile/Jira standards, standardization, and framework improvements across teams.
Why It Might Be a Fit
8+ years of PM experience alongside dedicated Scrum Master expertise (CSM certification required). Proven track record with enterprise data environments, including Data Science, Data Governance, Teradata, and Databricks.
