Role OverviewThis role offers exposure to SEC filings, SOX compliance, technical accounting, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The Senior SEC Reporting Analyst will assist in preparing SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, registration statements, and proxy filings.
What You Will Do
Prepare supporting workpapers and disclosure tie-outs to ensure filing accuracy, validate XBRL data for SEC submissions, prepare consolidated financial statements, and support monthly and quarterly variance analysis and MD&A preparation.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of accounting experience in SEC reporting or public accounting, with a strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA designation or progress toward CPA
- 2–4 years of accounting experience in SEC reporting or public accounting
- Big 4 experience preferred
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with Excel required
- Experience with Workiva or other SEC reporting software preferred
