Role Overview

The Senior Security Business Analyst is an individual contributor within the Corporate Security organization, responsible for leading initiatives that support governance, risk management, and operational effectiveness. This role requires a highly motivated professional who can independently manage projects, translate business needs into actionable solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.

What You Will Do

Lead and deliver projects from concept to completion with a high degree of independence and accountability. Translate business requirements into effective solutions. Manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study is encouraged to apply.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and project management is required.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity.

  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • High level of analytical, critical-thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • High level of knowledge with Jira, Confluence, Tableau, R, Maximo, and SharePoint.
  • High level of experience in governance or risk programs.
  • Ability to work with and leading different groups to work together as a team.
  • Highly experienced in working with and managing confidential information.
