Role OverviewThe Senior Security Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring all security activities at Bald Mountain Mine (BMM) and associated properties, as well as exploration facilities in Nevada, are carried out in full compliance with Global Security standards and guidelines. The position will serve as the security subject matter expert at BMM and lead the implementation of the Global Security Standardization Program (GSSP) with consistency and uniformity.
What You Will Do
The Senior Security Supervisor will manage all day-to-day strategic and tactical security elements at BMM and associated properties, develop and implement security programs, conduct security reviews and audits, prepare mine site vulnerability assessments, and design security systems to protect against threats.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of professional-level experience in the security industry, law enforcement, or military, with formal training and qualification as a security professional. The candidate should have strong working knowledge of security operating procedures, safety rules, company policies, emergency response procedures, and applicable MSHA requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum college diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Minimum of eight years of professional-level experience in the security industry, law enforcement, or military
- Formal training and qualification as a security professional
- ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification preferred
- Membership or association with a recognized security professional or trade organization is desirable
