Role OverviewAs a Senior Semiconductor Sourcing Manager at Bose Corporation, you will develop and execute global sourcing strategies for semiconductors while supporting cost, innovation, time-to-market, and supply continuity objectives.
What You Will Do
Lead and execute global sourcing and commodity strategies for semiconductors, evaluate semiconductor suppliers, assess the total value and cost of semiconductor solutions, and partner with Hardware Engineering and Embedded Software teams.

Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in semiconductor sourcing, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related high-technology environment
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, embedded systems, and hardware/software technology ecosystems
- Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, cost management, and supply-risk mitigation
- Ability to understand technical specifications, BOMs, semiconductor roadmaps, and product requirements
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
