Role OverviewThe Senior Service Manager is responsible for performing and overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of multiple properties to ensure that the overall physical aspects of the properties meet the Company's established standards and any applicable laws. This position is also responsible for quality control, purchasing and supply management, budgeting, risk management, and managing direct reports.
What You Will Do
Manage up to 3 properties and supervise the service teams' work assignments, schedule, monitor, and/or perform preventative maintenance at assigned properties, coordinate the day-to-day maintenance operations of the properties, train and coach all maintenance team members, perform property inspections on a regular basis to maintain cleanliness and identify possible safety concerns, perform and oversee maintenance functions, participate in diagnosing problems and repairs for the property, and respond to on-call services during the assigned rotation.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- EPA (Type II) and/or HVAC and CPO Certifications (pool) are preferred if such certifications are applicable to property to be maintained
- 3-5 years of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade
- Proven experience with hiring, training, and managing a team
- Ability to work weekends and non-traditional holidays, as needed
- Must have reliable transportation to work
