Role OverviewJoin our team as a Senior Service Technician at Sullivan Place, a 498-home apartment community in Alexandria, VA. As a Senior Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community, performing various maintenance and repairs, and providing superior customer service to internal and external customers.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to resident requests for maintenance and service, maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the community, performing electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair, and maintaining tools and equipment.

Requirements
- Technical or vocational certificate and/or degree
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in building and mechanical maintenance
- EPA Type II or Universal certification
- Certification in Chlorine, Fluorine, and Carbon (CFC) preferred
- Some locations require certification in pool operation (CPO)
- Valid driver’s license & rotating on-call responsibility
