Job Description
Join MISO as a Senior ServiceNow Developer and help shape the future of our service management platform. You will play a key role in leading technical development efforts within the platform team.

Requirements

  • Design and build ServiceNow applications to support ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and new platform capabilities
  • Collaborate in an Agile Scrum environment with architects, product owners, engineers, and business partners
  • Write, test, debug, document, and support ServiceNow features using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer
  • Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST APIs, Integration Hub, and other integration tools
  • Automate workflows and processes to increase efficiency and simplify operations
  • Ensure data integrity and security within ServiceNow by applying validation, access controls, best practices, and architectural standards
