Role OverviewDesign, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions to support mission-critical infrastructure. Serve as the technical authority on the ServiceNow platform, driving process automation, workflow development, and platform enhancements.
What You Will Do
Design and develop applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform, develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, and lead platform upgrades and patching.

Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow integrations, workflow design, and platform architecture
