Role OverviewThe Office of Technology and Innovation (OTI) seeks an experienced Senior ServiceNow Engineer to drive the value, scalability, and security of the city's critical support infrastructure. The role will bridge the gap between development and operations, working with internal business process owners and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of an enterprise ITSM system.

Responsibilities will include developing and maintaining solutions in OTI's ServiceNow system, working with Service Owners to gather complex requirements, and integrating ServiceNow with external systems using API calls or integration platforms.

Requirements
- Master's degree in computer science from an accredited college or university
- Three years of progressively more responsible, full-time, satisfactory experience in Information Technology
- At least eighteen months of experience in an administrative, managerial, or executive capacity in IT
- Ability to work with ServiceNow system, ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB processes
- Ability to integrate ServiceNow with external systems using API calls or integration platforms
