Role OverviewThis position is responsible for designing the physical environments, scenic elements, and spatial storytelling components that bring themed entertainment, experiential environments, hospitality, and destination-based mixed-use projects to life. This role focuses on the development of immersive, guest-facing environments that support narrative, atmosphere, and experiential cohesion within the built environment.
What You Will Do
Duties include but are not limited to, development of scenic concepts, spatial layout and environmental storytelling, coordination with architectural and engineering teams, and support of design documentation and fabrication.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-8 years of relevant Creative Development experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop spatial design and environmental storytelling concepts
- Portfolio showcasing design ability, visual storytelling, and spatial composition
- Proficiency in Rhino, Revit, Lumion, Adobe suite, Microsoft Office
- Ability to translate conceptual ideas into clear design solutions
- Experience working with architectural teams and integrated project environments is preferred
- Familiarity with drafting, modeling, and visualization tools
- Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to design and coordination
