The Senior Simulation Clinical Operations Specialist will ensure reliable, high-quality simulation delivery across all programs, providing operational leadership in event execution, equipment management, workflow standardization, and team accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree of Science
  • 3 years Health care simulation experience or 5 years Experience in healthcare or 5 years Experience working in an adult care setting
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Current American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
  • Certified HealthCare Simulation Operations Specialist (CHSOS/CHSOS-A)
  • Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE)
  • Current valid license as a Registered Nurse through the Texas Board of Registered Nursing or similar clinical experience
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) instructor card
