We are seeking a Senior Simulation Clinical Operations Specialist to join our team at UT Southwestern Medical Center. As a lead operator, you will be responsible for ensuring reliable, high-quality simulation delivery across all programs, providing operational leadership, and supporting process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree of Science
  • 3 years Health care simulation experience or 5 years Experience in healthcare or 5 years Experience working in an adult care setting
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Current American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
  • TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer Certified
  • Certified HealthCare Simulation Operations Specialist (CHSOS/CHSOS-A)
  • Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE)
  • Current valid license as a Registered Nurse through the Texas Board of Registered Nursing
