Role OverviewHDR is an employee-owned firm seeking a Senior Site Civil Engineer to join its Building Engineering Services Group. This role focuses on designing critical infrastructure for high-performance data centers and commercial environments, supporting technological advancement and sustainability. The position involves leading site civil design and plan production for a variety of projects.
What You Will Do
Lead the design and plan production for general site civil projects, including site layouts, grading, drainage, paving, and site utilities. Perform quantity calculations, prepare specifications and contract documents, and conduct permitting. Serve as Engineer of Record and technical expert, and supervise staff as needed.
