Job Description
HDR is a company that values its employee-owners and fosters a culture of inclusion. We are seeking a Senior Site Civil Engineer to lead the design and planning of general site civil projects, including site layouts, grading, and drainage.
Requirements
Lead the design and plan production for general site civil on a wide variety of projects
Perform quantity calculations
Prepare specifications and contract documents
Conduct permitting
Serve as Engineer of Record and technical expert
Conduct early project development activities
Plan and develop projects or design activities
Plan, organize and supervise work of medium to large staff
Prepare/Review civil engineering scope of work and budgets/estimates
