Role OverviewThe Site Leader is responsible for managing and leading teams across various locations, coaching and mentoring to ensure performance objectives are met, and building leadership bench strength within the organization. The leader must be nimble, demonstrate high judgment, make quick decisions in the face of ambiguity, and be strong in innovation.
What You Will Do
The Site Leader will drive creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other Lean initiatives to meet and exceed business plan. They will also measure performance, provide feedback, and hold leaders accountable for their performance and the performance of their departments.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of direct management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or logistics environment. They will also have prior experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of equivalent experience
- 7+ years of direct management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or logistics environment
- Prior experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean methodologies
- Prior experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations
