Role OverviewThe Senior Site Manager – Automation works within the Field Department of E80 Group and is responsible for managing all on-site logistics system installations. This role requires strong project management skills and a strategic mindset to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual quality standards.
What You Will Do
Plans and develops detailed schedules for all aspects of the installation, implementation, commissioning, and final testing activities performed at customer sites. Leads and coordinates installations of medium-high to high complexity while ensuring lean execution.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical diploma with relevant, proven experience.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, resource planning software, AI/Copilot and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Vision and experience to work independently with limited supervision.
- Strong customer focus and relationship management skills.
- Ability to think strategically with a systems-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and adapt to changing project conditions throughout the project lifecycle.
