Role OverviewThe Sr. Recruiter will be responsible for setting an example of “excellence” to all Recruiters, directing them in daily activities, counseling and managing their performance. This position must also perform all the duties of a Recruiter and provide back-up whenever needed.
What You Will Do
Provides customer service and support to applicants, source and recruit potential qualified candidates for specific job openings, and process customer orders by assigning employees to customer sites based on skills and job requirements.

Requirements
- Must have 7 years of experience working within a skilled trades environment and familiarity with tools /equipment used within.
- Must have experience with construction safety requirements.
- Familiarity with or experience in the construction field including multiple trades knowledge required.
- Must be high school graduate.
- Must have experience in a customer service environment.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
