Role OverviewAs a Supervisor Slot Services and Shift Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring others with a clear direction, demonstrating a high level of commitment and energy, and consistently demonstrating superior customer service skills. You will also be responsible for developing highly skilled employees, setting realistic and measurable service standards, and holding employees accountable for meeting them.
What You Will Do
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a rapport with slot players, handling escalated customer concerns, observing and supervising hand-paid jackpots, and coordinating with Security and other related departments to ensure appropriate guest service.
