Job Description
The Hanover is seeking a Senior Small Commercial Sales Manager to drive new business flow in Eastern Michigan. The role requires a strong understanding of commercial lines underwriting and marketing, with a focus on building relationships with agents and partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to drive growth and retention of the small commercial team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5+ years' Commercial Lines Underwriting and/or Marketing experience
  • Well developed sales and marketing skills
  • Professional designation such as CPCU, CIC, etc.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
