Role OverviewThe Senior SOAR Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and maintaining the organization's Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response capabilities. This role acts as the technical and strategic authority for SOAR platforms—leading automation initiatives, improving incident response workflows, and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the NOSC.
What You Will Do
The Senior SOAR Engineer will serve as the primary architect and technical expert for SOAR technologies, lead design and development of new SOAR playbooks, integrations, automation, and workflows, and mentor, support, and guide engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and career development.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cyber Security, or other related fields
- 8+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity with at least 5+ years dedicated to SOAR engineering or automation
- IAT II or higher-level certification required
- DOD Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI and CI Polygraph
