Senior Social Media Manager

As a Senior Social Media Manager, you will own Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn profiles for a human-centric lifestyle/coaching company. You will be responsible for creating content that stops the scroll, results in viewers taking action, and ultimately drives business outcomes. You will work directly with the team to gather raw material, stories, and testimonials, and use AI tools to create engaging content. You will also be responsible for building and running the content strategy across two accounts with two different product offers, always working backward from the goal of more webinar signups and email subscribers.

What You Will Do

You will create content that tells stories of transformation, using a mix of video, carousels, and single graphic posts. You will work with the Creative Director on carousels and graphic posts, and have access to video editing support. You will also set up and maintain tools like ManyChat to automate parts of the engagement without losing the human touch.

You should be able to balance promoting two products at different price points while keeping the storytelling authentic, vulnerable, and engaging. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, specifically with a lifestyle or personality-driven brand
• Proven track record of growing a profile to 200k followers
• Fluency with AI tools and ability to use them to create engaging content
• Experience with ManyChat and ability to set up auto-responses and DM automation
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Ability to balance complexity and promote two products at different price points
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools
