Role Overview

Develops and executes Viega’s North American social media strategy, establishing audience, channel, content, and engagement strategies aligned with business and marketing priorities. Partners with internal subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to uncover relevant stories, perspectives, and opportunities that connect with Viega’s audiences.

What You Will Do

Develops strategies to grow and engage Viega’s priority audiences across relevant social channels, creates engaging social-first content, and owns and manages Viega’s integrated social media calendar.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Business or a related field
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in social media, digital marketing, content marketing or related fields
  • Prior experience developing and executing B2B social media strategies
  • Prior experience developing social thought leadership and content in partnership with executives or subject matter experts
  • Prior experience managing integrated social media calendars and developing social content supporting brand, segment, and product campaigns
  • Prior experience using social listening, social media management, and analytics tools to inform strategy
