Job Description
Brooklyn Sports and Entertainment is seeking a Senior Social Video Producer to lead the development and execution of short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This role involves conceptualizing, developing, and optimizing video formats, managing the Type.Set.Brooklyn TikTok account, and leading the production workflow from concept to post. The team aims to reflect the Brooklyn community's cultural identity through authentic and engaging video content.
Requirements
Conceptualize, develop, and produce short-form video formats.
Manage the Type.Set.Brooklyn TikTok account and oversee growth.
Oversee and improve social video production workflows.
Work closely with production management and stakeholders.
Analyze content performance and optimize future content.
Ensure short-form content needs are baked into long-form production.
Edit raw footage or oversee editors.
Ideate evergreen and rapid-fire content concepts.
Work on camera as talent when applicable or as a producer.
Must have proven success with developing and producing vertical video for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
