Job Description
Senior Software Developer - Conversational Search: Build AI-powered search experience for homebuyers, collaborating with engineering and product stakeholders. Develop responsive, resilient, scalable, and high-quality conversational experiences using React, Java, AWS, and Sierra AI.
Requirements
5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience, specifically in React and Java.
Experience with modern frontend technologies (React, TypeScript).
Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, handle ambiguity, and empathize with customers.
Experience with LLMs, agent development, conversational UX, and emerging AI technologies.
Benefits
Base Pay Range: $150,800.00 - 203,900.00
