Job Description
Quantum Workplace helps leaders build thriving teams—teams that are aligned on what matters, empowered to contribute, growing through development, and valued for the work they do. We are seeking a Senior Software Developer, AI to build the next generation of AI-powered features in our product.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Hands-on experience developing generative AI product features in production – not just prototypes or demos.
  • Experience building and evaluating agentic workflows.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the changing AI landscape.
  • Strong command of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
  • Proficiency in Python and at least one statically-typed language (C#, Java, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with SQL databases and modern web technologies.
  • A track record of designing and shipping scalable, high-performance systems.
  • Strong communication skills – you can explain a technical decision (or an AI tradeoff) clearly to an engineer or product manager.
