Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Software Developer to support a U.S. Intelligence Agency in Springfield, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications supporting Technical Security and Signals Countermeasures (TSSC) operations and analysis.
What You Will Do
The Software Developer will be responsible for developing TSSC analysis tools and applications, designing and developing complex software systems and applications, writing clean, scalable, and well-documented code, and leading code reviews.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience with multiple programming languages and development frameworks such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript
- Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with various software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
- Proficiency with version control systems like Git
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security
- Experience with software development for technical security applications
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into functional software
- Active TS with SCI eligibility
