Role OverviewJoin Amazon Digital Acceleration (DA) technology organization as a Software Development Engineer on our horizontal systems services engineering team. DA is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE) to join our team of Senior and Principal Engineers in building highly visible, robust automation tools and framework to tackle hard to solve problems.
What You Will Do
You will have a unique and challenging role that provides the opportunity to drive test and release enablement in one or more areas within Digital Acceleration (DA) using GenAI. You will lead our bar raising GenAI powered development/testing culture, and evangelize the processes and strategies that you will set and define to multiple teams across our organization.

You should have a combination of solid in-depth knowledge of test practices, solid understanding of the operating system software, as well as knowledge of object-oriented design principles. You should command the skill to communicate clearly and effectively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
