Role OverviewThe Senior Software Development Engineer will design, implement, and operate globally distributed systems that enable Leo to achieve low single-digit-second query responses within a near real-time analytics layer or lakehouse, and to support agentic AI capabilities on top. The role requires experience in software development, architecture, and leadership.
What You Will Do
Key job responsibilities include architecting and implementing a scalable, cost-optimized S3-based Data Lakehouse, designing and enforcing standardized data ingestion patterns, and developing intelligent orchestration for metrics generation workflows.

Requirements
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
