Senior Software Engineer - AI Agents

As a Senior Software Engineer on the AI Agents team, you'll work at the intersection of classic product engineering and AI, building the underlying systems that let our AI agents reason, act, and improve. Your work has a direct, measurable line to customer revenue. You'll design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and third-party integrations, and clearly communicate technical decisions and trade-offs to the team.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include owning your work end-to-end, delivering results on time, partnering across team boundaries when needed to unblock yourself, drive clarity, and ship. You'll also apply industry-standard engineering practices, set the technical direction and quality bar for the team, and proactively identify and resolve critical technical issues.

Requirements

• Solid backend experience in one or more of Elixir, Go, Python, or a comparable server-side language
• Deep understanding of backend systems, API design, and data modeling
• Several years of experience shipping production software, with a track record of leading projects from spec to launch alongside multiple contributors
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
