Role OverviewJoin our Analytics Event Streaming team to work with open source and big data technologies to solve complex problems. We are part of the Bloomberg Connectivity & Integration (BCI) organization, which connects thousands of enterprise clients to hundreds of Bloomberg applications.
What You Will Do
Develop high standard software and data streaming pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency. Collaborate with Engineering and Business stakeholders to drive project to success.

Requirements
- 4+ years working with an object-oriented programming language (C/C++, Python, Java, etc.) or equivalent experience in Go and Scala
- Familiar with some big data storage and processing technologies (e.g., BCS, Hadoop, Solr, Spark, Flink, Kafka)
- Strong problem solving and communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
