Job Description
Senior Software Engineer - Backend role involves working on complex projects, troubleshooting business and production issues, and participating in the discovery phase of small to medium-sized projects. The role requires up-to-date expertise in object-oriented programming, cloud-based technologies, and microservice architecture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in large-scale enterprise software development environment
  • Experience coding in Java
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies including Kubernetes and Docker
  • Experience building products with focus on testability
  • Experience writing unit and integration tests for code coverage
  • Experience designing and implementing REST API web services
  • Experience troubleshooting live applications and maintaining existing applications in production environment
  • Experience working with development tools including Maven, Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Docker, and IDE
