The role involves defining reliability measurement for AI user experiences, instrumenting generative AI-powered conversational agents, and improving alert quality and incident response practices.

Requirements

  • Strong software engineering skills in Python and/or Go
  • Ability to debug distributed systems and improve reliability
  • Familiarity with observability, incident response, and building tools that reduce toil
  • 5+ years of relevant engineering experience
