Role OverviewWe are hiring a Sr. Software Engineer (AI/ML) to work in Columbia, MD. The position involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software solutions and prototypes. The team works in a Full Stack development environment requiring proficiency in LINUX and basic Networking skills.
What You Will Do
Design, develop software applications using Gradle Java, Python; gather and evaluate end-user and customer requirements; write, test, debug and deploy code; perform code reviews to maintain quality; troubleshoot and resolve defects and performance issues; contribute to project planning; collaborate with product managers, developers, SMEs, and leadership contributing to strategic initiatives.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Fourteen (14) years of experience as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

- TS/SCI with a Polygraph
