Speechify is a fast-growing startup that offers a unique way to listen to information. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Core Experiences Team, where you'll work on foundational services and SDKs that power our product experience across platforms.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with Product Teams to scope projects and deliver solutions via our cross-platform SDK
  • Optimize existing functionality to ship faster loading and more intelligent parsing
  • Ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin
  • Have systems thinking and ability to optimize a system end-to-end
  • Have speed and ability to work quickly to generate ideas and options
  • Have focus and ability to engage or be heads down in a busy, remote team
  • Have collaboration skills and ability to inspire, play, and negotiate with designers, marketers, and PMs
