Role OverviewThe Core Product Experience (CPX) team owns and elevates the heart of the Front application — the inbox and adjacent surfaces where frontline users triage and route conversations, collaborate with teammates, and craft high-quality replies. CPX's mission is to ensure that frontline and admin users can work more efficiently, with higher quality, and a happier day-to-day experience.
What You Will Do
You'll build and evolve the surfaces that the vast majority of Front interactions pass through — the inbox, messages, and composer — along with the services and systems that power them, driving projects that directly improve speed, quality, and usability for thousands of customers.

You will work closely with Product and Design to define solutions, work through scope, risks, and open questions, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and ship experiences that are technically excellent and delightful to use.
Requirements
- Strong fullstack experience, comfortable working across systems, stacks, and distributed systems rather than a single layer.
- A track record of leading projects and delivering complex work in a timely manner — driving decisions and working through ambiguity end to end.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product and Design to work through scope, risks, and open questions before and during delivery.
- Ability to give and receive feedback constructively.
- An agile, scrappy mindset — comfortable learning new technologies, adapting quickly, and doing what it takes to ship when the situation calls for it.
