Job Description
UT Southwestern is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to provide technical leadership and hands-on delivery for the UTSW Developed Software (Innovation Hub's Discovery Information Management System, aka DIMS).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8 years of professional software engineering experience, including ownership of production services
  • Demonstrated full-stack experience delivering modern web applications using React + TypeScript and Python services/APIs
  • Demonstrated experience building on Microsoft Azure and implementing secure identity/access patterns
  • Demonstrated experience with CI/CD, testing strategies, and operational readiness
