Role OverviewWe're looking for a senior software engineer to take responsibility for the company's internal systems and data model, and to improve both as the company grows. The role involves working with AI coding agents, designing interfaces and data, and directing agents to build and maintain internal software.
What You Will Do
Own the shared data model, own the internal systems each operations function runs on, turn how a function works into software, keep operations data trustworthy, build with AI agents, and support the people who use what you build.

Requirements
- 6+ years building production software, including ownership of internal or operational systems
- Data modeling as a discipline
- Full-stack fluency
- Comfort with the people side of operations
- Comfort with AI coding agents
- Judgment about what to build
