Job Description
The New York County District Attorney’s Office is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work in its Information Technology Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new databases and applications, maintaining in-house applications, and working closely with IT department members, Assistant District Attorneys, investigators, and support staff.

Requirements

  • Participate in gathering business requirements and designing screens and workflow for application development
  • Incorporate pre-approved code modules into newly developed code routines
  • Develop and maintain secure and responsive web and desktop applications using.NET Core and C#
  • Prototype, evaluate, and recommend designs of applications and databases
  • Follow office standards and practices across development activities
  • Perform related tasks and assignments as required
  • Multi-tasking, actively working and maintaining multiple applications simultaneously
  • Supervising junior developers
