Job Description
Casca is building AI for banking, replacing legacy systems with AI-native technology. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll contribute high-quality code, collaborate with stakeholders, and support your team. You'll own the lifecycle of end-to-end components, deliver with pragmatism, and collaborate cross-functionally. Our tech stack includes TypeScript, React, NextJS, Postgres with Prisma, Python, and AWS.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering significant projects in production SaaS environments
  • Recent experience in fast-paced, high-velocity environments where you had to 'lead from the front' and manage high-stakes trade-offs
  • Deep experience in web application development using relational databases and a quality-first mentality
  • Ability to anticipate scaling challenges without over-engineering
