What You Will Do
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and analyzing code for accuracy, functionality, performance, and security. You will also drive the Software Development Life Cycle, provide technical leadership, and communicate strategic technical plans to stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field
- 7 years of experience working as a Java developer
- 6 years of experience in Java Enterprise software development
- 5 years of experience in Java and JVM memory and performance tuning
- 5 years of experience in Spring Framework or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in commonly used Design Patterns and advanced algorithm design for high-throughput systems
- 4 years of experience in concurrent programming (e.g., Actor Model, Java CompletableFuture, thread pool Executors) for real-time transaction systems
- 4 years of experience in Hibernate or equivalent JPA frameworks, optimizing query performance
- 4 years of experience with relational databases, i.e., MySQL, Oracle, DB2, or MS SQL, and NoSQL databases, i.e. Cassandra or MongoDB
- 2 years of experience ensuring compliance in software development
- 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams or mentoring engineers in a fintech environment
