Role OverviewThe Integrations Team is responsible for building ETL pipelines and data integrations that power Parsec's analysis tools. The team is looking for a candidate with a proven track record of delivering software solutions that solve critical business needs. The candidate should be able to refine ambiguous problem spaces into concrete technical requirements and implement technical solutions satisfying those requirements.
What You Will Do
Lead large projects from inception to execution, architecting systems and agentic workflows that support complex data workflows and large-scale integrations. Drive technology decisions and shape the overall platform architecture and roadmap.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with demonstrated ownership of production systems at scale. They should have advanced proficiency in Go, Python, and TypeScript, with strong command of software design patterns and API development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Advanced proficiency in Go, Python, and TypeScript
- Strong command of software design patterns and API development
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience architecting and delivering complex, multi-system integrations and data workflows
- Proven track record of leading projects end-to-end and mentoring junior engineers
- Hands-on experience with LLM integration, agentic tooling, or AI-assisted development workflows
