Role OverviewSeeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to support mission-critical customer requirements. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of UI developers while remaining hands-on throughout the full software development lifecycle.

Lead and mentor a team of UI/front-end developers, architect and implement scalable front-end solutions, translate UX/UI designs into production interfaces, develop and maintain software, and collaborate with backend engineers.

Requirements
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in related technical field
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, or providing technical direction to software development teams
- Strong proficiency with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
- Strong proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Demonstrated experience designing front-end architectures and reusable component frameworks
- Experience translating UX/UI designs into responsive, accessible, production-ready applications
- Full-stack software development experience, including integration with backend services and APIs
- Backend development experience using technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java
- Experience designing and integrating APIs and data flows between front-end and backend systems
- Experience reviewing, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting complex software components
- Experience working throughout the software development lifecycle in an Agile environment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills
