Senior Software Engineer

The Senior Software Engineer drives the requirements gathering, design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level solutions to support business objectives. This position partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, reliable, maintainable, high-impact solutions that improve operational efficiency, enable data-driven decision-making, and accelerate digital transformation.

What You Will Do

Design and develop solutions using Microsoft apps and tools, software platforms, frameworks, and languages, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Participate across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from ideation through support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 5+ years of IT Innovation and Development experience
• Experience in the food industry or distribution preferred
• Strong knowledge and experience of ERP systems (Infor M3 preferred), application development frameworks and integration technologies, Salesforce platform and ecosystem (TaskRay experience preferred), AI, automation, and digital innovation tools, and Agentic AI platform, development, governance
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management practices
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, result-driven environment
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation while maintaining operational stability
• Strong focus on quality and continuous improvement
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business operations
