Senior Software Engineer

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Engineer who develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems based upon documented requirements. Works individually or as part of a team.

What You Will Do

Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features, debug existing software and correct defects, integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments, and develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 14 years of experience as a Software Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity, and experience with Python, Docker, AWS, Kotlin, and other technologies.

Requirements

• Fourteen (14) years of experience as a Software Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
• Experience with Python
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with AWS (app deployment, S3, opensearch, terraform)
• Experience with Kotlin
