Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Software Engineer Manager II to join our Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) team. As a member of our technology, engineering, and program teams, you will be responsible for supervising, mentoring, and career developing a team of 7-15 software engineers. You will work collaboratively with Systems, Hardware, and Test engineers in various phases of project planning, requirements development, design, development, integration, and testing.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include providing supervision, mentoring, and performance management for your team, conducting one-on-one and section-level meetings, and supporting recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new team members. You will also use your technical skills to ensure the design, implementation, and sustainment of our software solutions meet customer expectations, support program execution through cost and schedule management, and contribute to bid and proposal efforts.
