Role OverviewJoin our Platform team as a Senior Engineer to make our engineering organization faster, more reliable, and more joyful. Act as a force multiplier by identifying friction in the development lifecycle, architecting shared patterns, and unblocking technical debt that slows the team down.
What You Will Do
Conduct interviews with engineering teams to find pain points, design and implement reusable patterns, optimize performance issues, lead cross-team technical challenges, mentor and coach engineers, research and roll out new internal tools, and introduce new frameworks or architectural shifts.

8+ years of experience in software engineering, deep passion for mentorship, prior experience in Platform, Infrastructure, or Developer Experience teams, and strong proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript ecosystem.
