Act as a force multiplier by identifying friction, architecting shared patterns, and unblocking technical debt. Conduct regular interviews with engineering teams, design and implement reusable patterns, and take ownership of systemic performance issues.
What You Will Do
Conduct interviews, design and implement patterns, take ownership of performance issues, mentor and coach engineers, research and roll out new tools, lead by example in code reviews, communicate complex technical trade-offs, and introduce new frameworks.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering
- proven track record of leading teams and providing technical direction
- deep passion for mentorship
- prior experience within Platform, Infrastructure, or Developer Experience (DevEx) teams
- deep professional expertise in the Node.js/TypeScript ecosystem
- hands-on experience managing containerized workloads using Kubernetes and ArgoCD
- strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and Kafka
- proven ability to 'unroll' complex legacy code and replace it with scalable, maintainable architecture
