What You Will Do
Conduct interviews to find pain points, design reusable patterns, take ownership of performance issues, lead technical challenges, and mentor engineers to level up their technical skills.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering
- proven track record of leading teams and providing technical direction
- deep passion for mentorship
- prior experience in Platform, Infrastructure, or Developer Experience teams
- deep professional expertise in Node.js/TypeScript ecosystem
- hands-on experience managing containerized workloads using Kubernetes and ArgoCD
- strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and Kafka
- proven ability to 'unroll' complex legacy code and replace it with scalable, maintainable architecture
